Purpose

The report relates to external revenue funding secured from the
Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and Homes England.
Approval is sought to accept and spend the funding.

RESOLVED
That Executive
Cabinet APPROVE:

(i)              
The acceptance of grant funding from GMCA and Homes England as
set out in Section 2;

(ii)            
The allocation of required match funding as set out in Section
2; and

(iii)          
The Director of Strategic Growth to manage the programme of
works associated with the Grant Fund Agreements and to commission,
drawdown and incur all expenditure related to delivery with ongoing
performance and reporting provided to Executive Cabinet, or other
suitable forum, on a periodic basis subject to the requirements of
the Council Constitution and in particular financial standing
orders.
