Purpose

To improve the staff
accommodation within Tameside One so that the building provides fit
for purpose accommodation that better meets the requirements of the
workforce and reflect modern working practices.

Content

That it be
DETERMINED that:

(i)   
The improvements to the accommodation and procurement of
furniture at Tameside One, as detailed in the main body of the
report and Appendix 1 are approved.

(ii)  
The virement of £0.287m to finance the related
improvements and furniture is approved from the earmarked
£0.440m Worksmart budget within the approved 2025/26 capital
programme.

(iii) The Tameside One
Improvement scheme is included within the approved 2025/26 capital
programme with a budget sum of £0.287m.
