Purpose

To seek approval to go out to procurement in collaboration with
STAR, our procurement partner for a new framework so we can
continue to provide home to school transport and transport for
vulnerable adults.

That the
procurement process for an Open Framework agreement be approved to
enable the continuation of statutory transport provision using the
most effective and efficient solution for the
authority.
