Purpose

The purpose of the report is to seek approval to declare a
number of assets surplus in accordance with the Council’s
Disposal Policy approved by Executive Cabinet in September
2020.

Content

RESOLVED

(i)           
That it be
noted that the relevant Executive Members and Ward Members had been
consulted on all of the assets as detailed in the
report.

(ii)         
That all the
assets as set out in section 2 of the report be declared surplus in
line with the Disposal Policy.

(iii)       
That Officers
now take steps to dispose of the assets in line with the Disposal
Policy
