Purpose

Claims for this project are
processed a minimum of every six months (usually September and
March), subject to approval either via cabinet through the Annual
Update Report or a separate Executive Member Decision
Notice.  This is not an extra-ordinary payment it is a
payment being made in accordance with the pre-approved
schedule.

To approve the
Onward Homes Ltd claim for expenditure incurred, in accordance with
expenditure detailed in Tables 1, 2 and 3 in the report.

To approve
£0.080m to be paid from the Public Realm Fund.

3.     
To approve
£0.091m to be paid from the Collaboration Agreement
Fund.
