 RESOLVED

(i)                 
That the
proposed changes to the Council’s Financial Regulations and
Procedures detailed in Appendix 1 including the amendments to the
respective executive delegations and thresholds be
approved.

(ii)              
That the
revised Financial Regulations and Procedures as detailed in
Appendix 2 be approved.

(iii)            
That the
Executive Cabinet RECOMMENDS that full Council approve and adopt
the amended and revised Financial Regulations and Procedures at
Appendix 2 and delegates authority to the Acting Strategic Director
of Finance Section 151 and Director of Legal and Democratic
Services (Monitoring Officer), in consultation with the Executive
Member for Finance and Resources, to make any minor consequential
amendments required to the remainder of the Council’s
Constitution thereby arising.
