Purpose

To publish the Homes, Spaces, Places, Options and Preferences
Draft Plan consultation responses, note the further progression of
developing the plan and authorise the appropriate Director in
consultation with the HSP Project Board to prepare and issue for
consultation, for a period of no less than 6 weeks and no earlier
than the 1 November 2025 the Homes, Spaces, Places, Preferred
Option Draft Plan, in accordance with the adopted Local Development
Scheme.

Content

 RESOLVED

(i)                 
That approval
be given to approve the publication of the Homes, Spaces, Places,
Summary of Consultation Responses as provided at
Appendix1.

(ii)              
That all
consultation responses received during the consultation be
available as a matter of public record via the Council’s
website.

(iii)            
To publish the
Homes, Spaces, Places Statement of Consultation Compliance as
provided at Appendix 2.

(iv)            
To publish the
Integrated Assessment Consultation Addendum (Appendix 3),
Non-Technical Summary Post Consultation report (Appendix 4) and
Integrated Assessment Post Consultation report (Appendix
5).

(v)              
To authorise
the Director of Strategic Growth, in consultation with the Homes,
Spaces, Places Project Board, to prepare and issue for
consultation, alongside relevant background papers, for a period of
no less than 6 weeks, no earlier than 3November 2025, the Homes,
Spaces, Places Preferred Option Draft Plan, in accordance with the
work programme set out within the Council’s Local Development
Scheme.
