Purpose

The report sought approval to
declare a property surplus to requirements and to offer to
community groups and invite expressions of interest, to see if an
appropriate community organisation could be identified to take a
Community Asset Transfer of the building.

That the
property is declared surplus to council requirements
and;

(ii)              
That the
property is offered to community groups inviting expressions of
interest, to see if an appropriate community organisation can be
identified to take a Community Asset Transfer of the
building .
