RESOLVED

That under
Section 100 (A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and
public be excluded for item 13 – Godley Green Investment
Partnership Agreement Between Tameside MBC Between Tameside MBC and
MADE Partnership. On the grounds that the report contains exempt
information relating to paragraph 3 & 10 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that it related to
information relating to the financial or business affairs of a
particular person (including the authority holding that
information).
