RESOLVED
That Executive
Cabinet recommends to Council that the Council:
(i)
Continues the
Council Tax Reduction Scheme adopted for2025/2026, known as the
Council Tax Support Scheme(CTS), as set out in Appendix Two, save
for the following:
•
The annual
benefit uprating, released by the Department for Works and Pensions
(DWP)
•
Further guidance
which may be released from the Ministry of Communities, Housing and
Local Government (MCHLG)
(ii) Approves
the £0.05m hardship fund remains in place to assist severe
cases of hardship funded from existing budget, to be administer by
Revenues & Benefits under the Section13A Policy
