RESOLVED

That under
Section 100 (A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and
public be excluded for Item 15 Meadow View Childrens Home Contract
Award on the grounds that the appended document (Appendix 1)
contains exempt information relating to paragraph 3 & 10 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that
it related to information relating to the financial or business
affairs of a particular person (including the authority holding
that information).
