RESOLVED

The Executive
Leader (Chair) determined that the item of business School
Condition Allocation 2026 be considered by the Cabinet as an Urgent
Item in accordance with Section 27 of Part 4a – Procedural
Standing Orders as the item was unable to be deferred to the
following meeting. 
The Item was
listed in the published agenda and included in the forward plan of
key decisions, the report was tabled at the
meeting. 
It was explained
that designs of the projects set out in the report needed to begin
in March, to ensure that tender packs for each of the projects were
completed in time for projects to begin on site in
summer.
