Purpose

The report
outlined a number of capital schemes that were needed in schools to
improve the condition of the school estate.  It proposed that budgets
received from the DfE School Condition Allocation for works were
allocated to the Projects.

Content

RESOLVED

(i)           
Approve
expenditure of £1.673m on School Condition Schemes in
2026/27, with funding from £1.543m of condition funding and
£0.130m from school contributions, as set out in paragraph 2
of the report.

(ii)         
Approve the
estimated £0.704m of school funding for 26/27 be added to the
Capital Programme, and that any variation in the final confirmed
allocation is reported through the Capital Monitoring
Reports.

(iii)       
Agree that
schemes to the value of £1.673m (as set out in this report)
are added to the Capital Programme, along with the expected
£0.130m of school contributions.
