To approve terms for the settlement of a
dilapidations claim in connection with the surrender of the lease
to the Council of part of Dekko House

That it be DETERMINED that the Council pay the
former landlord a sum of £41,000 (forty-one thousand pounds)
in full and final settlement of a claim for dilapidations due,
following surrender to the landlord of the leasehold interest in
the ground and first floor of the former Barcrest Building,
Margaret Street, Ashton-under Lyne, OL7 0QQ.
