That Executive Cabinet approves the EOTAS Policy and supports its implementation across the local area, enabling the Council to fulfil its statutory duties while ensuring that children and young people who require education otherwise than at school receive appropriate, high-quality provision that supports their educational progress, wellbeing and future aspirations.
