Purpose

To approve terms for the surrender of the
lease to the Council of part of Dekko House

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The Council surrender to the landlord their
leasehold interest of the ground and first floor of former Barcrest
Building, Margaret Street, Ashton-under Lyne, OL7 0QQ.

2.      
A payment of £77,250 plus VAT to be made by
the Council to the landlord as full and final settlement of any
sums owed (except for dilapidations which will be the subject of a
separate report and payment)
