That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
A decision be made, in
principle, to dispose of Land at Quarry Street to an adjoining
owner subject to public open space procedure being
followed.

2.    
The proposed sale be advertised as required by the
disposal of Public Open space procedure stated in the Local
Government Act 1972.
