Purpose

To seek approval to changes in the areas of
land to be included in the land transfers between TMBC and TfGM in
connection with the Ashton Interchange project.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The previously agreed areas of land to be included
within the transfer of land between the Council and Transport for
Greater Manchester (TfGM) are amended as detailed in the attached
report following the receipt of revised land requirements from
TfGM.

2.      
That no change is made to the payments to be made by
either party in connection with the transfers, to those set out in
the approved report to Executive Cabinet dated 28 June
2023.
