That it be DETERMINED that in accordance with the
agreed Council’s disposal policy, the Authority:
(i) Accepts the offer received
and,
(ii) Progress the
disposal of the freehold interest in the subject property (Appendix
1) in accordance with the provisionally agreed terms, as detailed
in the attached report and at Appendix 3, and in particular will be
subject to the following key terms:

Disposal of freehold interest with vacant possession
for the sum of £21,000 plus Council fees
£1,000.
·
Restrictive covenant placed on land restricting use
for the purposes of garden land only.
which are supported by an external (EXEMPT) RICS Red Book
valuation.
