Purpose

In July 2023 the council awarded a contract to
Ridge and Partners LLP to lead on the design and development of a
number of grant funded highway infrastructure schemes.
The contract was for a six month period from 4 September 2023 to 31
March 2024 with the option to extend for a further six months
subject to performance.

That it be DETERMINED that the Ridge and Partners
LLP Highway Design consultancy contract be extended for a six month
period from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024.
