To APPROVE, proceeding into a
managed disposal process, for the assets held within an
Infrastructure Fund that forms part of the Impact portfolio, and
accepting amounts in line with that shown in the Executive Decision
Report.  Further approval to be sought
should it be required to appoint an administrator to liquidate the
Fund.
