Purpose
This report outlines the need to review
policies relating to the licensing of Hackney & Private Hire
Vehicles & Drivers and requests permission to start a period of
consultation on a number of proposed changes

That
it be DETERMINED that a period of 6 weeks consultation commence in
early May 2024 in respect of a review of the existing policies
& conditions for hackney & private hire vehicles &
drivers.
