Purpose
To seek approval to the assignment of a
lease
Content
That it be DETERMINED that the Council grants
consent to the assignment of the lease of land at Hadfield Street /
Astley Street and Ashton Street, Dukinfield dated 11 November 2005
on the following basis:
1.
The Council as lessor to grant consent to the
assignment via a formal licence to assign.
2.
The assignees to be Richard Hartley Dyson and
Organon Pension Trustees Limited as trustees of the Organon SIPP re
Richard Dyson.
3.
The Council to forego the requirement for an
Authorised Guarantee Agreement on completion of this
assignment.
4.
The assignor to pay the Councils fees incurred in
considering the matter and preparing the licence to
assign. Legal fees will be £750
and surveyor’s fees will be £750 (a total of
£1,500 in respect of fees). The assignor’s solicitors
are aware of the need to provide an undertaking for
fees.
