Purpose

The Council will follow the Medium Value
Variation prescribed in the Facilities Management Contract to
approve the delivery of lifecycle repairs and replacement to the
building systems which have been identified by an independent
dilapidation survey.
The project will be funded by the Local Authority through the
Lifecycle reserve held for Samuel Laycock within the affordability
account.
