Purpose

To approve terms for the extension of the term
of years of an existing residential lease.

That it be
DETERMINED that: the Council grants an extension to an existing
residential tenant to create a new 85 year lease term. In return,
the Council will receive a premium of £6,500 (Six Thousand,
Five Hundred Pounds) plus the Councils legal and surveyor’s
fees of £900 (Nine Hundred Pounds).
