Purpose

To approve the contract award to LK Group for
the Stalybridge West Site Investigations following the completion
of a procurement exercise via STaR.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that LK Group be appointed to
undertake site investigations on the Council owned land at
Stalybridge West as part of the Stalybridge Town Centre Programme
following a competitive tender process via StaR.
