Purpose

That permission be granted to allow the legal
process of introducing a 20mph zone on St Annes Place, Audenshaw
and a prohibition of waiting Order on A635 Manchester Road and St
Annes Place, Audenshaw to commence.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.       
Permission is given under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 to advertise a legal Order for the introduction
of a 20mph Zone on St Annes Place, Audenshaw, and, if no objections
are received to seal the proposed Order.

2.       
Permission is given under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 to advertise a legal Order for the introduction
of prohibition of waiting at any time on A635 Manchester Road and
St Annes Place, Audenshaw, and, if no objections are received to
seal the proposed Order.

3.       
Any unresolved objections will be reported at a
future Speakers Panel (Planning) meeting, otherwise if unopposed
the proposals to introduce the 20 mph
zone and waiting restrictions will be approved and the legal Orders
will be sealed.
