Commissioning of IMPOWER to undertake
transformation and budget review work and develop proposals to
delivery plan stage, to meet the MTFS budget gap for
2024/25.

Content

To approve the commissioning of IMPOWER
for a period of 12 weeks and at a total value of £249,950
excluding VAT and expenses, to provide a period of intensive
support to develop proposals to bridge the budget gap for
2024/25.
