Purpose

Tameside council wish to enter into a new
contract for de-icing salt and other associated products and
services following market engagement to determine the more
appropriate contractor to carry out the service.

That it be
DETERMINED that Tameside Council use the ESPO Framework Agreement
220_24 to procure and enter into a further contract with Compass
Minerals Limited for a period of 4 years to provide the borough
with the de-icing salts for the winter gritting service.
