That it be
DETERMINED to dispose of the Council’s freehold reversion of
the subject property to the long-standing under lessee occupying
the property for the sum of £8,760 (eight thousand seven
hundred and sixty pounds) plus the Council’s legal and
surveyor fees totalling £650 (Six Hundred and Fifty
pounds).
