Purpose

To note the production of the draft South
Pennine Moors Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document
and to endorse public consultation on the draft document for a
period of six weeks to commence in Autumn 2024

Content

That it be DETERMINED to:

1.    
Approve the draft South Pennine Moors SPD attached
at Appendix 1 and associated supporting documents for a
six-week period of public consultation commencing no earlier than
1st November 2024.

2.    
Authorise the Director of Place to make minor,
non-material modifications, such as correcting typographical
issues, to the draft South Pennine Moors Supplementary Planning
Document before consultation commences, subject to consultation and
agreement with the eight other Places for Everyone
authorities.

Reasons for the decision

To enable stakeholders to have the opportunity to
provide comment on the Draft South Pennine Moors Supplementary
Planning Document before it is considered by Members for
adoption.
