process of introducing a ‘One-Way Traffic (except for cycles)
Order, to commence.

That it be DETERMINED
that:
Permission is given under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to advertise a legal Order for the
introduction of one-way traffic (except for cycles) on Bentinck
Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, and if no objections are received to
seal the proposed Order.
