Purpose

To seek approval to terminate an agreement to
grant a lease of the former stable buildings on Cheetham Park,
Stalybridge to Norman Mackie Associates Ltd t/a Works 4U
(W4U).
Approval is sought due to W4U’s costs associated with the
refurbishment/development of the buildings being significantly
higher than originally anticipated and that grant funding,
necessary for these works to be undertaken, has not been
forthcoming.

of the former stable buildings on Cheetham Park, Stalybridge as
shown edged red in Appendix 1.
