To process the payment to Onward for
expenditure incurred

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
To approve the Onward Homes Ltd claim for
expenditure incurred, in accordance with expenditure detail in
Tables 1, 2 and 3 in the report.

2.      
To approve £0.109m to be paid from the Public
Realm Fund.

3.      
To approve £0.035m to be paid from the
Collaboration Agreement Fund.

Reasons for the decision

Claims for this project are processed a minimum of
every six months (usually September and March), subject to approval
either via cabinet through the Annual Update Report or a separate
Executive Member Decision Notice.  This
is not an extra-ordinary payment it is a payment being made in
accordance with the pre-approved schedule.
