Purpose

To approve the signing of the Memorandum of
Understanding with the Department of Levelling Up, Communities and
Housing (DLUCH) relating to the £0.5m (£0.45m
CDEL/£0.05m RDEL) of Accelerator funding for green space
improvements in the town centre.

Content

To agree and sign the Memorandum of Understanding
for the Accelerator Programme funding following the Council’s
successful Expression of Interest for Hyde Town Centre and to
accept the grant funding of £0.500m.
