To approve the contract award to LDA Design
via the Constellia Framework for the Stalybridge Public Realm
Detailed Design works following the completion of a procurement
exercise via STaR.

That it be DETERMINED that:
LDA
Design be appointed via the Constellia Framework to undertake the
public realm detailed design works required as part of the
Stalybridge Town Centre Programme following a competitive tender
process with STaR Procurement.
