Purpose

To approve terms for the surrender of the
existing lease and grant of a new lease to the trustees of
Dukinfield Junior Football Club.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.      
The existing lease granted to the Trustees of
Dukinfield Junior Youth Football Club be surrendered and

2.      
That a new lease on the terms detailed in section
1.3 below be granted to the trustees simultaneous with the
surrender of the earlier lease.
