Purpose

This report requests approval to continue work
in projects within Childrens Social Care, Adults Services and the
Ambition workstream, within the financial envelope approved by
Executive Cabinet.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
IMPOWER Consulting Ltd be commissioned within the
existing financial envelope agreed, for delivery of Phase 4 of the
commissioned work in Adults Services, Childrens Social Care and
Ambition workstreams.

Reasons for the decision

Additional capacity and expertise is needed to
deliver the required transformation to meet the budget reduction
requirements within the MTFS, build on the work already undertaken
in previous phases, and to deliver change at pace.
