the agreed capital receipt due to the need to extract knotweed from
areas of the site.

Content

That the Council accepts a reduction in the capital
receipt by the sum of £30,000, thus reducing the capital
receipt from £407,500 to £377,500, due to the presence
of Japanese Knotweed on the site.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with the corporate policy for the disposal
of Council owned land.
