Purpose

This report seeks approval to
enter into a Capability Fund 2022 / 2023 grant funding agreement in
order to progress the design and development of two proposed active
travel schemes at Dowson Road (Hyde) and Hurst Brook Active
Neighbourhood (Ashton).

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.     
To accept the Capability Fund 2022 / 2023 grant
funding agreement as set out in section 4 of this report and
Appendix 1

2.     
To approve the design and development of the two
proposed active travel schemes set out in section 3 of this report,
which will build the council’s pipeline of potential future
projects.
