Purpose

To approve the undertaking of Phase 3 of the
agreed transformation support work within Adults, Children's and
the Ambition work for the MTFS. In addition, to approve a project
focused on SEND and to be funded through the DBV grant monies from
the DfE.

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
IMPOWER Consulting Ltd be commissioned within the
existing financial envelope agreed, for delivery of Phase 3 of the
commissioned work in Adults Services, Childrens Social Care and
Ambition workstreams.

2.    
IMPOWER Consulting Ltd be commissioned within the
existing financial envelope agreed, for the delivery of a new
project relating to Special Educational Needs and funded through
grant monies from the Department for Education relating to the
Delivering Better Value project.
