Purpose

To appoint IMPOWER Consulting Ltd to undertake
specified projects in support of the delivery of the MTFS
savings

Content

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.    
IMPOWER Consulting Ltd be appointed for a period of
up to 12 months and to a total, maximum cost of
£2.197m, including all expenses.

2.    
An initial commitment of cost of £0.743m for
Phases 1&2 be agreed as part of this proposal, with all further
phases of work subject to detailed specification.

3.    
Further work proposed within the financial envelope
listed above, is subject to detailed specification and proposal, to
be approved by the Director of Resources and the Interim Assistant
Director Legal, alongside the relevant Director.
