About
The Strata Joint Scrutiny Committee (JSC) oversees the operations and governance of Strata, a company jointly owned and controlled by East Devon, Exeter, and Teignbridge District Councils, which provides shared ICT services. The JSC reviews and scrutinises decisions and actions related to Strata's functions, making reports and recommendations to the respective Full Councils and the Strata Joint Executive Committee (JEC). It can also call in and reconsider decisions made by the JEC before they are implemented, and it reports annually on its work.
