Purpose

Teignbridge Lottery for Communities was
established in 2022 to provide additional funding for charitable
and not for profit community groups and benefit local good causes.
New organisations are encouraged to apply on a rolling basis.
Officers assess the applications.

Content

To seek permission to add one additional
qualifying criteria to the terms and conditions of the Teignbridge
Lottery for Communities. In addition to current criteria, it is
proposed to add to that a qualifying organisation:
(1)Must have been in existence for at least one year.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Carry on without amending the terms
and conditions
Option 2 - Suggest an alternative qualifying period.
Option 3 - Approved as decision below
