It was PROPOSED by Councillor Nuttall
and SECONDED by Councillor Keeling and
RESOLVED
That the Executive:
1)
Note the update on Local Government Reorganisation.
2)
Delegate authority to the Managing Director, in consultation with
the Executive Member for Local Government Reorganisation and
Devolution, to continue to develop proposals for the form and
coverage of future principal authorities.
3)
Report back to the next Executive meeting with an update on the
preparation of the Business Case.
