and seconded by Councillor MacGregor and
RESOLVED
That the Council:
1.
Apply the updated Scale of Costs (Appendix A) to District and
Parish Council elections within the Teignbridge local authority
area; and
2.
Agree to amend the Council’s Constitution to delegate
approval of future changes to uplift fees in line with government
guidance and national pay agreements to the Section 151
Officer.
