RESOLVED
 
That within the Procedural Rules (Section 4)
that the Monitoring Officer be named to determine the acceptance of
Questions by Members of the Public (4.7.1 (f)) and Questions from
Members of the Council (4.7.3) instead of the Managing Director to
ensure consistency across all processes.
