RESOLVED

That the Executive:

1)    Support the appended Action Plan (Appendix 1).

2)    Note the publication of the Government’s Housing Delivery Test; and;

3)    Give delegated authority to the Head of Strategy and Partnerships to publish the Housing Delivery Test Action Plan (Appendix 1) with any amendments or updates as deemed necessary (in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Building Control).
