RESOLVED

That the Executive:

1)    Adopt the Social Value Policy at Appendix A (as amended to include the environmental measures); and

2)    Authorise the Corporate Procurement Officer to embed the Policy within the Council’s procurement procedures and to apply social value requirements proportionately to the size, risk and nature of each contract.
