Purpose

To provide concessionary parking for Town Criers event in Newton Abbot to support an historic event in the Town and bring a increased revenue to the town.

Alternative options considered

That permission is not given but this would mean that we withdraw support that has been given previously so removing our support for an event that has been going on for a number of years.
